It's been a few months since my last post, and there's a good reason for that! So much has changed in both my business and the software I use and promote. Life has been a whirlwind, and business has been even crazier—in the best way possible. Honestly, I never thought this would happen to me. I figured I’d be stuck in the same routine like every other job I had. But here I am, living that "pinch me, is this real?" kind of life, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

First, I want to thank everyone who has supported me on this amazing journey. Your encouragement has not only fuelled my growth but also allowed me to help many of you reach your own goals.

Success doesn’t come from what you do occasionally, it comes from what you do consistently

Back in April 2024, Redirect opened its doors to those who wanted to use the software for their own businesses and also to those who wanted to resell it. This was our prelaunch phase, and during this time, the company grew to over 1,000 members! We’ve added incredible tools like advanced messaging features, new templates, automations, a direct store (much like Stan, but easier), and even more. We’ve also launched comprehensive courses and coaching sessions—not only for learning how to use Redirect but also for reselling it and running your business.

The best part? We've introduced a Leadership Membership that’s been game-changing. Twice a week, I’ve had the privilege of being coached by Byron James, learning how to build a sustainable, profitable business. It's like winning the business jackpot, without needing a lottery ticket. The community I’ve met through this has been beyond inspiring, and it's something I want for all of you.

Opportunities don’t happen, you create them.

In October 2024, we transitioned from prelaunch to soft launch—a big milestone! What does this mean for you? We’re closer to our full launch, and it comes with a lot of exciting changes:

- The monthly price for Redirect has dropped from $197 to $127 for the Pro version (now the only level available for new users).

- Yearly fees have increased slightly, but it’s still an incredible value.

- We’ve also introduced Direct Webinar, an amazing alternative to Zoom, offering up to 500 attendees and unlimited live and automated webinars for only $12.99 a month (going up after November 1st).

You also now have the option to get your website, automations, and email marketing built for you. If tech isn’t your thing, or you just don’t have the time, we’ve got you covered.

One exciting shift we're seeing is a growing focus on selling Redirect to customers who need the software for their own businesses, not just to resellers. Why? Customers who use the software to manage their business tend to stick around longer. For example, someone who is just looking to resell might give up if they don’t see sales right away, but a business using the tools to streamline their operations is likely to stay. This is why I’m switching things up in my own approach—I’m focusing more on helping other small businesses thrive, rather than just selling online every day.

And here's something I’m really excited about—I’ve invested in my business again. I’ve built an office outside of my home, placed local ads, and shifted my focus to connecting with a new, local audience. I’m also teaching others how to do this too, helping them break free from the daily grind of posting on social media.

In the last five months, I’ve made over 500 sales! Sure, 20% of those customers didn’t stick around, but I know this new strategy will help reduce that number, and I want to help you achieve the same.
