A Little About Me

I’m a wife, a mom of two amazing kids, and we call a small town in Ontario, Canada, home. But we also have a deep love for travel Florida is our second home, and we just got back from an incredible trip to Cozumel, Mexico (which I’ll be sharing more about soon!). When I’m not working, you’ll find me in the kitchen cooking up new recipes (I even have my own cookbook!) or out in the garden, planning new beds for spring 2025. I’ve also been deeply involved in my kids’ school, leading the snack program and serving on the council because giving back is something I truly believe in.

My Business Journey

The past few years have been a whirlwind. After working multiple jobs and feeling stuck in the cycle of trading time for money, I knew I wanted more—more freedom, more purpose, and more impact. That’s when I took a leap and started my own business in 2023. I built an office right outside my home (aka, my shushed), and now, I help entrepreneurs and small businesses streamline their backend operations with automation, marketing, and digital strategies.

In just two years, I’ve grown my business to serve over 350 clients, helped countless entrepreneurs scale their own ventures, and built a roadmap for sustainable success. My mission is to help others break free from the constant hustle and create a business that supports the life they truly want. And the best part? I get to do it all while being present for my family.

What You Can Expect Here

This blog is going to be a mix of everything business insights, family adventures, travel stories, home projects, and personal reflections. I believe that success isn’t just about money or work; it’s about building a life that feels aligned, exciting, and fulfilling. I’ll be sharing the highs, the challenges, and the lessons learned along the way.

So, whether you’re an entrepreneur looking for tips to grow your business, a parent juggling it all, or someone just looking for a little inspiration—I hope you find something here that speaks to you.

Always,

Victoria

From Stay-at-Home Mom to CEO: How I Built a Business That Works Around My Life (Not the Other Way Around)

From Stay-at-Home Mom to CEO: How I Built a Business That Works Around My Life (Not the Other Way Around)Victoria Elliott Published on: 22/04/2025

I always dreamed of being a stay-at-home mom—and I lived that dream for years. I got to raise my babies the way I wanted, with no daycare, no rigid schedules, and no regrets. But when it was time to rejoin the workforce, everything had changed. My old career path was gone, and finding a job that worked with mom life? Nearly impossible. I bounced from job to job, lost confidence, and even lost friendships. In 2022, after losing two jobs back to back, I decided to try something different. I dove into the online world—starting with dropshipping, then affiliate marketing, and eventually mastering the ins and outs of digital business. There were plenty of lessons, trial and error, and failed attempts… until everything clicked in April 2024. That’s when I found a system that worked. One that allowed me to run a recurring income business, automate everything, and create multiple streams from one client. Now, I run a business that supports local businesses, builds backend systems, and gives people their time and freedom back. I have a team, an office, clients who love what we do, and a lifestyle that lets me work on my terms. If you’re looking to build a business that works around your life—or need help fixing the one you already have—this blog is your sign. Whether you’re starting from scratch or scaling something that feels stuck, this is the exact journey that can help you get there.
